Cancellation & Weather Policy

We understand that plans can change! Please review our cancellation and weather policy before booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A 30% booking payment is required to reserve your rental equipment and event date. This booking payment is non-refundable.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event may transfer the amount paid toward another available event date within 6 months of the original event date. Rescheduled rentals are subject to availability and current rental pricing.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund or transfer. Any remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled event.

Weather & Unsafe Conditions

Safety comes first. If rain, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions prevent Splash Social from safely delivering, setting up, or operating the equipment, payments made may be transferred to another available date within 6 months.

Splash Social reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or discontinue a rental when weather, wind, or site conditions make setup or operation unsafe. Safety decisions will be made in accordance with equipment manufacturer requirements and applicable safety guidelines.

If equipment has already been delivered and set up, payments are non-refundable if weather conditions change, the event ends early, or the customer chooses not to use the equipment.

Rescheduled Events

All rescheduled dates are subject to equipment availability. Payments and credits are not redeemable for cash and must be applied toward a future Splash Social rental.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Weather Policy.

Adult Supervision & Safety

An adult of at least 18 years or older must be supervising at all times. Riders must follow safety rules at all times. Food, drinks, shoes, soap, sand, candy, gum, pets, silly string, face paint, and sharp objects are not allowed on any inflatables.

Riders must ride feet first and on their behinds in a sitting position. No riding face or head first and no jumping off the top onto the slide. Riders ride at their own risk.

Rental Agreement & Waiver

All Splash Social rentals are subject to our Rental Agreement, Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement. The rental agreement contains important terms regarding equipment use, supervision, safety, weather, property access, damage, assumption of risk, and liability.

Customers are required to review and electronically sign the Rental Agreement & Waiver before their rental.
